Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST. We are closed weekends and holidays. Please allow up to 72 business hours for a reply.
All orders will ship within 7-10 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx
Packages will ship within 7-10 business days of your order. USPS may take 10 business days to scan and update your package before delivery. Please note your shipping label may be printed up to 24 hours before your package is picked up by USPS.
We are NOT liable for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged. If a package is lost, stolen or damaged please reach out to your carrier for options.
If a package is returned to us without delivery being made, an email will be sent to confirm correct address. If the customer enters the address incorrectly they will need to pay additional shipping for a second attempt. No refund will be issued. If address was incorrect due to a company error, product will be shipped at no additional cost.
If you are missing an item from your order or if there is an issue with an item you must email within 72 hours of receiving your order and let us know what items are missing.
We will not refund orders that are running late via USPS. Please keep an eye on your tracking information.
If we refund due to a package being sent back to us we will not refund shipping. .
What to do if a package is missing-
Please check and make sure your address on the order form is correct, if it is please contact your local post office for direction on what to do next.
